Durance Base – Châteauroux-les-Alpes Come and discover our facilities next to a mythical wave: “Le Rabioux”. This site is the ideal place for parents and children to discover whitewater sports. Close to the Serre-Ponçon lake, Embrun and the Ecrins National Park, you will enjoy a unique setting.

Find us in an idyllic setting between mountains and river.

Our base is located at the gates of the Ecrins National Park, below the small village of Châteauroux-les-Alpes and facing the famous Rabioux wave, an exceptional river feature known by all experienced kayakers and swimmers.

We welcome you from April until the end of October.
