Stand-up paddling, or SUP, is a cross between surfing and canoeing. First practised by Polynesians and revisited in the 2000s, the sport has become increasingly popular in recent years. Its strength lies in the variety of ways in which it can be practised (stroll, yoga, surfing...) and its accessibility: you don't need a lot of technical baggage or equipment to enjoy it. Armed with your paddle and your sense of balance, you'll be able to access a world of incredibly satisfying sliding sensations in a charming and welcoming setting.

Divided into 2 parts, the session is based on an introduction and discovery of stand-up paddling, with a qualified guide giving you advice and role-playing so that you have all the cards in your hand for the second part of the session. Once you're ready for the adventure, you'll be able to head out on the lake on your own and discover what kind of paddling suits you best. Whether it's cardio, tanning or freedom, there's a SUP for you.
